Abstarct: Simulation models have special position in science in last decades. This models work as a management tools. Understanding of effect factors in hydrologic watershed process and analysis of data in short period are the capabilities of this models. In this research we used the SWAT model for simulation of runoff and sediment transport in Shirin Darreh watershed. Study of long period effect in watershed is the one of the model application roles. This model needs more data so that error and uncertainty is more. For this reason it needs calibration and uncertainty analysis. For above reasons we used the SWAT_ CUP and SUFI_2 algorithm. For calibration and validation analyses, we use runoff of Ghatlish and Ghalebabar hydrometery station data's. The Results of this study showed that SWAT model simulated runoff in Ghatlish station properly. In this simulation R2 was 62% and NS was 55%. In calibration of model R2 was 52%. For simulation sediment transport R2 was 37% and NS was 37% also and it was not good results. For sediment study it needs more data. Final results of this study showed that for achieving the better results we need long period data. Availability of long time data can helps the managers for controlling the flood and drought with proper models and they can protect the watershed.
