Abstarct: In order to evaluate the effects of hydro-priming، rhizobium bacteria and cattle manure on yield and yield component of chickpea (Cicer aritenium L.), an experiment was carried out in research farm of faculty of Agriculture, Shahrood University of Technology in 2010. The experiment was designed as, factorial experiment baxsed on randomized complete block (RCBD) with three factors and four replications. The factors were hydro-priming (non priming and priming), rhizobium inoculation in two levels (inoculated and none inoculated) and cattle manure in three levels (0, 5, and 10 ton per hectare). The results of this experiment shown that, both of hydro-priming and rhizobium treatments significantly increased grain and biological yields, plant height, number of lateral branches, leaf dry matter, pod number per plant, seed weight per plant, seed number per plant, seed weight and harvest index. Levels of manure had significantly influence on yield and yield component, which the highest performance achieved at 10 tons of manure per hectare. The interaction effect of hydro-priming and rhizobium was significant for all traits except seed per pod and harvest index. The interaction effect of hydro-priming and cattle manure were significant only on height, branches and number of pod on plant, also the interaction effect of rhizobium and cattle manure was significant on branches and seed weight. The tripartite effects were significant only on the branches. The results of this experiment show the benefits of hydro-priming and rhizobium inoculation in improvement of yield and yield component of chickpea.
