Abstarct: There is a direct relation between some of human's diseases such as cancer with environmental factors, so influential factors must be determined. But, there has not been a definite relation between cancer and environmental factors yet. Cancer is one of the common causes of fatality in developing and developed countries. Digestion mechanism cancers in north of IRAN is one of the principals of cancer-induced. Golestan province is one of the highly cancer regions in IRAN and also around the world. This region in addition to high density of population and having many tourists through the year from different parts of the country has different land uses like agriculture, industry, sea, ethnic landscape. so study of environmentally different factors and their relation with common disease and environmental pollution is vital. It is essential to use geostatistical analysis and GIS for preparing of different maps of disease and pollution. Heavy mextals in different manner such as industries, agriculture, housing goods and materials and like these are available in nature. Concerns from these risky elements, like direct effect in sanity and human's health, their concentration in soil and its long-time impacts in agricultural quantity and quality, their absorption through plants and its side-effect in human and animal feeds is highly considerable. So, by assuming that Esophagus cancer in interested region maybe connected with some environmental pollution (soil and plant), soil sampling and data collecting of cancer was done. 227 soil samples from different cities, Golestan province, were collected and were sent to lab of West, Australia, for analyzing of heavy mextal and rare elements. Classical statistic (SPSS14.0) and geostatistic (ArcGIS 9,3) was done for data analyzing. Universal kriging was applied in this study and Gaussian and exponential semivariogram belongs to Stomach and Esophagus cancer, respectively. Preparing cancers and heavy mextals maps were conducted following cross validation. Results illustrated Esophageal cancer was the highest in east of interested region (Kalaleh city) and there was increasingly trend from west to east. Heavy mextals analyzing showed Zn and Fe rate were lower in east of study region than those in west of it. In general, geostatistic was useful and optimal tool in assessing end estimating of cancer and studied elements. Results also showed that Kalaleh city rather than other cities was in poor condition element and, on the other hand loess soil expansion in study region has the highest area and it seems mentioned factors matched with cancer maps.
