Abstarct: In order to study effect of Nitrogen and Potassium on quality and quantity of Sugar beet in saline condition, a field experiment was conducted in Rudasht research station saline lands. Research was performed in as factorial baxsed on complete randomized blocks design, using 3 replications and 48 experimental plots( With 24 square meter area ). Treatments involved Nitrogen with Urea source in 4 levels, n0, 50% of local suggestion ( n80 ), 75% of local suggestion ( n120 ) and suggestion baxsed on soil experiment ( n160 ) and Potash with Potassium Sulfate source in 4 levels, k0, suggestion baxsed on soil experiment ( k125 ), 1/5 times more than local suggestion ( k190 ) and 2 times more than local suggestion ( k250 ). Nitrogen fertilizer used in 2 stage including 20% before tillage and 80% after sparse but Potash fertilizer used before tillage. Other requirement fertilizers used before tillage baxsed on soil experiment. Quantity adjective variants analysis results in taking stage showed that effect of Nitrogen levels on node dry and wet yield, large and medium node yield, crown dry yield, node average weigh and leave area index in level of 1% were significant and adjectives of node total number, small nodes yield, crown wet yield, node average diameter and length did not have significant difference. Potassium levels effect on leave area index in level of 1% were significant. Also interaction of Nitrogen and Potassium on leave area index in level of 1% were significant. Quality adjectives variance analysis results in taking stage showed that effect of Nitrogen levels on Alfa amino Nitrogen, Alkalinity coefficient, total Sugar yield and white Sugar yield in level of 1% and node Potassium adjective in level of 5% were significant, but other quality adjectives did not have significant difference. Potassium levels effect on node Phosphorus adjective in level of 5% were significant. Also interaction of Nitrogen and Potassium on quality adjectives did not have significant difference. Node dry yield mean comparison baxsed on Dankan test in between treatments showed that most dry yield mean in treatments of n80 k190, n160 k0 and n160 k125 arrangement were equal 14590, 15060 and 14970. Due to objectives of this study best yield follow desirable quality and Nitrogen use reduction is, with attention to design results, suggetion treatment of n80 k190 its include desirable quality characteristics, and also best node yield.
