Abstarct: Baghkhoshk copper deposit is located in 145 km southeast of Kerman province, in 38 km northeast of Sirjan city. Exploratory drilling in this deposit contains 45 boreholes. The aim of this research is the geological modeling of the deposit and to estimate ore reserve with the use of geostatistical methods. All procedures of geological modeling and reserve estimation was carried out by Datamine RM software. At the first stage, the databaxse of 45 boreholes was made, and then the geological modelling of deposit was developed simulated by producing of horizontal sections in Datamine software. By making 2 meters composits for boreholes data, normalization and trend analysis of initial data was carriedout. In the following, variograms calculation and spatial structure analysis for the ore deposit was performed using this software. Then, the grade estimation was done by the kriging method for the block models. At the end, Sequential Gaussian Simulation method was used to produce 100 geostatistical simulations for this ore deposit. Finally, the reserve of ore deposit with average grade 0.24% Cu was estimated 75, 69 and 59 million tons by the inverse distance power, kriging, and the sequential Gaussian simulation methods respectively.
