Abstarct: mextal Alkoxides with general formula of M(OR)n , are derivatives of alcohols or mextal hydroxides. mextal alkoxides are so reactive because of the polar mextal-oxygen bond and reduction of their reactivity with chelating ligands are subject of desire and interest. In this research, VO(OiPr)3, Ti(OEt)4 and Zr(OnBu)4 were stablized by 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldoxime, 2-hydroxy acetophenon oxime, acetophenon oxime and methanon diphenyl oxime. All stablized alkoxides were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy and according to these analysis, some structures have been proposed for them.
