QD395 : Synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles derivatives in magnetized water

Abstarct: 1,2,3-Triazoles have attracted interest over the past few years as their moieties have been widely used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and industrial chemistry. Their importance is illustrated by the immense efforts that have been invested in the development of synthetic routes to such compounds. In this study, 1,4-disubstituted-1H-1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized by reaction of organic halides, sodium azide, terminal alkynes, and CuI (10 ppm) in magnetized distilled water at 80 ºC. This green method offers the advantages of short reaction times, green solvent, and use a very small amount of catalyst. The structure of all new compound were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra.
