Abstarct: In this research work new 1,2,3-triazoles with iodo substituent were prepared from 1-azido-4-iodo¬benzene and terminal alkynes by copper-catalyzed click reaction. Subsequently, new 1,2,3-triazoles containing the alkyne function were synthesized from the reaction of iodo substituted 1,2,3-triazoles with different terminal alkynes in the presence of pd/cu catalyst. For further investigation, the reaction was performed in a one-pot process. The structure of all new compounds was identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR spectra.
