Abstarct: In this study polyaniline nano fiber was used as the support polymer. At first nano fiber was funcitionalized with Sodium 4-amino 5-hydroxy 7- sulfo naphtalen 2-sulfonate (AHS), then complex of Molybdenum added to functionalized nano fiber and the heterogeneous catalyst of PANI/AHS/MoO2(acac)2 was prepared. This catalyst was found as an efficient catalyst for epoxidation of cis-cyclooctene and a wide variety of alkenes, including aromatic and aliphatic terminal ones using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant. This new heterogenized catalyst could easily be recovered and reused four consecutive and, only 6% of its catalytic activity fell. Morever, using this polymer, the composite containg stabilized silver nanoparticles were synthesized on functionalized nanofiber and antimicrobial activity were investigated against of two bacteria named Bacillus sp (gram positive) and Pseudomonas syringe (gram negative), and two fungi named Rhizoctonia solani and Fuzarium graminearum. Nano particles of PANI/AHS/Ag showed good ability to inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
