Abstarct: 1,2,3-Triazoles have attracted interest over the past few years as their moieties have been widely used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and industrial chemistry. Thus, it is important to present a new synthesis of this class of compounds. Copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), has become one of the most important reactions for the preparation of 1,2,3-triazoles. In this work we will report an efficient, safe, safe, and green one-pot synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles from phenacylbromides, sodium azide, and alkynes catalyzed by silicagel-aminothiphenole-Cu(I) in water. The catalyst structure was confirmed by SEM, CHNS, FT-IR, TGA and ICP analysis. This method has the advantages of simple methodology, high efficiency and easy work-up.
