Abstarct: In this work, the Halogens are used for synthesis of thiazoloheterocycles. thiazolopyrimidines,thiazolotriazin,thiazolobenzimidazole were synthesized from acetylenic heterocycles and baxses in the peresence of halogens in mild condition with high yields. For this purpose, At first compounds(64), (70), (78), (82) made of thiohetrocyle, after take advantage of iodin(bromin) annular are foming. For this reaction, acceptable mechanism was presented.the structure of products were established by spectroscopic data (HNMR, UV) analysis. In conclusion the described method for the synthesis of thizolo hetrocycles is an easy and mild conditions with good to high yields wich can be extended to the synthesis of other heterocyclic compounds.
