Abstarct: 1-(a-aminoalkyl)-2-naphtholes have a wide range of biological activities such as antitumor, antibacterial, hypotensive and bradycardiac activities. 1-(a-aminoalkyl)-2-naphtholes derivatives were synthesized with high yields via a one-pot three component reaction of 2-naphthol, benzylamine, pyrrolidine with aldehydes, in the presence of catalytic amount of nano Boehmite.
