Abstarct: Demand for high efficiency in layser dyes requests high emission from them. To obtain this, there is need for high concentration of them in the selected solvents, which limited by molecular aggregation. To control this limitation, we used hydrogel polymer environment with different size of pores to control dye – polymer interaction and dye–dye aggregation, in which aggregation decreases by capsulation of dye in polymer matrix. In this thesis, we have studied the above effect, experimentally, by emission and absorption spectroscopy. Absorption spectra of Methylen blue and Thionine dyes with different concentration in water and polymers media was obtained with different soaking times. Analysis of spectra datas indicates that use of polymers media have well effect in decrease of molecular aggregation and an increase in the intensity of fluorescence of Thiazine dyes.
