Abstarct: In this thesis the charge and spintransport has been investigated in a Superconductor-Single Molecule Magnet- Superconductor (S-SMM-S) junction. The transport theory is a beneficial approach to study the physical properties of a single molecule. In this work, we have obtained the charge current in a S-SMM-S junction. By considering the SMM as a classical vector, we can eliminate the quantum effects of it. We have considered a Josephson nutation for the spin of SMM. The Josephson nutation is a precession of spin because of its interaction with the transparent electron. In the precession the spin has a rotation around the magnetic field (with frequency Ω) and an oscillationwithfrequency ω. Working in the tunnelling limit and making use of Green’s functions we have calculated the current flows in this junction in the presence and absence of a bias voltage. The current flows have been obtained in terms of elliptic integrals. As an interesting result, we found that the oscillations ω modulate the current and the modulations disappear when ω is zero. Indeed inparticular values of ω and Ω, a resonance occure in the current andconsequently the amplitude of the current will diverge.
