Abstarct: Radiotherapy include all the methods that can radiate special measure of ionized radiation to malignity tissues, theoretically the healthy tissue stays safe or get minimum harm. We look for a method that can measure the absorbed dose and be able to measure absorbed dose distribution in three dimensional. Nowadays the only dosimetry method in three dimensional is using ray-sensitive polymer gels. In this research we calculated enhancement of absorbed dose when a uniformly solution of Gold and Silver-Nano particles is existing, and concentrated on center of phantom like shells around it with high atomic number in some kind of polymer gel like Normoxic. According the photon interaction with matter rules, photoelectric absorb probability is almost having direct relation with cube of atomic number of target matter and has reverse relation with cube of radiate photon, so using the solution of Gold and Silver-Nano particles with high atomic number and radiative photon in low energy can enhance the absorbed dose. Experimental calculations and Montcarlo method were used for calculating absorbed dose of Ir-192 with MCNPX code. We used Normoxic polymer gel as phantom for measuring absorbed dose enhancement that set under Ir-192 sours rays with solution of Gold and Silver -Nano particles in polymer gel and different density. The result of this investigation that we got it from experimental experiment and simulation, shows that the best density of Gold and Silver -Nano particles solution in uniformly Normaxic polymer gel is 1.5 Mm for maximum value of absorbed dose with increasing 0.24% when Nano-particles solution is uniformly and it is 20% when Nano-particles solution is like shells around of phantom, in 1 MeV energy. The result show that Normoxic polymer gel can use as soft tissue phantom of human body like water phantom, and increasing the Nano-particles solution with high atomic number and receiving density can have maximum dose enhancement, and we can use this method for medicine research.
