Abstarct: It can not be denied in temporary days the importance of nuclear imaging for achiving the best results for threatening diseses. Between this cases methods baxsed on nuclear imagings medecins have a top position. In study the structure and the work of the most parts of body can be tasted. The major property of using this method of imaging is in the way they show the physiological and dynamical body systems with the injected radio activite although another ways are dangerus or ineffective. In any of imaging method speccially nuclear imaging, this is very important to be sure of correct performance of that system. Any error in the performance of system in compare of the correct conditions can be misleading for doctor, in explanation of the test. In addition in nuclear treatment we must be very careful and sensitive in the injected Radiopharmaceutical because of dangers radioactive rays, and this show the importance and attention need to be used for this systems, any default of doctor or another persons in team can cause non amends results. So several quality control tests are performed in systems befor treatment. For refusing dangres effects and bad resulting. In this thesis we used to aware readers by QC methods step by step and make them able to do this methods and for doing three kinds of tests including: intrinsic uniformity test, intrinsic spatial resolution and plannar sensitivity of Imam Hossien hospital in Shahrood. During this thesis, we plan to implement three qualitative control tests, including intrinsic spatial resolution test, intrinsic uniformity test, and system sensitivity test. In order to perform the interstitial spatial resolution test, we attempted to construct a four-quadrant bar phantom with 0.7 mCi Tech. We performed this test and got the FWHM of about 2.5 mm. In a homogeneous homogeneity test with 5.5 mCi, we did two tests with the adjustment of the energy window and without setting the energy window. In the first case, the inherent uniformity in the UFOV range was about 1.83% and in the second case it was 6.65%, indicating the importance of the energy window settings in the accuracy of the device. In the system sensitivity test, using LHER and mCi 1 technetium, in the background tests, we obtained a 70.21 value (cps / MBq) for the sensitivity of the system during the background tests and the test with the Petri Dish, which is an acceptable level for Imam Hussein Spectrum Device.
