Abstarct: Nuclei have static and dynamic properties. We can note the static properties such as Spin, parity, energy and Etc. baxsed on shell model the number of protons isotopes of and with the magic number which ends 8. In this work, we've considered it as a closed shell. We considere the number of neutrons after magic number 8, as the nucle-ons capacity, and assume that the interaction between nucleons is a Gaussian. We have calculated ground state energy in two case of relativistic and non-relativistic. We have applied the spin-orbit interaction in the energy. On the other hand, due to the instability these isotopes have beta decay, so we have calculated . Also we used Woods-Saxon potential. In addition, we have achieved ground state energy using Woods-Saxon potential. Our results have good agreement with experimental data.
