Abstarct: Relativistic heavy ion collision produced quark-gluon plasma with strongly coupled constant. There is no quantitative method to study phenomena with strongly coupling constant in QCD . One way study different properties of QGP is AdS/CFT correspondence. This correspondence is used in gauge theories with strong coupling constant that we cannot use perturbation approach.
In this thesis we use this method & we study the potential of quark - antiquark in QGP & vacuum.by considering the gravitational corrections, we study the potential of quark-antiquark in two cases. It means that one time we use space-like Wilson loop &one time-like Wilson-loop.
According to AdS/CFT correspondence, gravity dual of this problem is a U like string that is in the bulk. We start with studding different references to understand transport properties of heavy quark. Then we study binding energy of quark-antiquark in QGP & vacuum. We study different way for numerical solution in string theory that space like which display as ,is ten dimensional. In general problems five dimensional coordinates of sphere is considered to be fixed but in this thesis we study potential of quark-antiquark with regard to the orientation then as a new problem we consider quark-antiquark in the absence of internal orientation in QGP & we study the effect of gravitational corrections on binding energy between quark-antiquark .
According to AdS/CFT correspondence this corrections is correspond to correction of coupling constant.incorrespon- dence this constant is infinite but by considering corrections, it become finite that gets us closer to real issues
