Abstarct: In this thesis, a method baxsed on eigenvalues assignment for use of two-dimensional system stability fraction Rosser model is offered with state feedback ‎matrix‎. At first, two-dimensional models of systems and control and stability Rosser model is examined. The following systems are called deficit and stability. In this paper a new method for control and stability systems Rosser model is two-dimensional deficit express the way for positive systems baxsed on Cayley-Hamilton theorem presented a new approach to parallel converter. This procedure is done in two stages. In the first stage, the system is derived from the definition of deficit expressed using the standard two-dimensional system model becomes Rosser. In the next phase, stability is the standard system using a similarity search.
