Abstarct: In this dissertation, we survey the antiangiogenic models of the tumor. First, we introduce the general form of these models, which includes the tumor growth equation and the tumor control equation, and then we obtain the equilibrium points and sufficient conditions on the model parameters to ensure the stability of these models. The status of the corresponding models with non-treatment (non-control), treatment through a fixed function (constant control), and treatment through a linear function (linear control), according to the variables of the model. In the following, we consider the corresponding optimal control of one of the anti-angiogenesis models of the tumor. We determine the optimal conditions for this problem and determine the optimal control (optimal treatment) .
