Abstarct: The rapid growth in demand and expanding the use of renewable energy sources in the power system; the security issue has become one of the major challenges in this industry. With the growing use of renewable energy sources in the electricity industry, the challenges are even more pronounced. The main focus of this system is to provide timely and efficient use of electricity is needed, because the use of these resources increases in output leads to an accurate estimation uncertainty. So, the power system not able to respond for electricity on time and economic. In recent years, smart grid technology is used to solve the existing problems in power system. The structure of the network is baxsed on using of information and communication technologies (ICT) and two-way communication to better engage consumers and producers helps. It also improves the quality of service and on time response. In this thesis, a method is provided for improving the robust dynamic security (RDS) in reveal of increasing uncertainty from sources of renewable energy(RE)and the formulation of dynamic economic load dispatch(DELD) in confidence interval(we are discussed). This method of load supply is make safe operation of the power system. Keywords- uncertainty, smart grid, information and communication technologiesand two-way communication, security, robust dynamic security, dynamic economic load dispatch.
