Abstarct: Teachers’ interactions have been the topic of researches in recent decades. Teachers have been observed to treat differently in various contexts regarding different conditions. Many teachers must change their performance and behaviors due to factors mainly caused by environmental influences. This study aimed at the Dramaturgical Analysis (DA) of teachers’ interactions and their influences on teaching and learning. In this context, 15 teachers were selected through purposive sampling, all with teaching experience in public and private institutions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, and their analysis was conducted using Goffman’s (1969) and Bogdan and Taylor’ s (1975) analysis methods. The research results showed that most of the teachers who participated in this research believed that the influence of factors such as the pressure of the school principal, supervisor, etc., forces them to change their behavior and teaching style. The data analysis of this research identified 14 subcategories as practical factors in changing teachers’ behavior including: ingratiation, apparent sincerity, suppression of teacher’s specialized knowledge, promotion and job security, socialization, being conservative. The findings of this research can have implications for teachers, school administrators, language training institutions, and policymakers.
