Abstarct: even though there is significant progress in science and technology, many factors still threaten human's lives in terms of psychological. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the issues that will improve and strengthen human mental health. Cities as one of the factors that human beings are constantly in contact with have affected our lives dramatically, which means paying attention to cities and the urban environments and improving their quality is very important. Therefore, science and technologies should be implemented in designing spaces and places to improve the quality of the environment, strengthen human mental health individually, followed by society and the city. Nature and art have been both influential factors on human feeling. the human being is a part of nature and art will cause him to grow and respond to man's spiritual needs, and it is a place where human's feeling of peace and vitality is strengthened. Gardens, as an element of the urban environment, also have a significant impact on our lives; And will improve the landscape and urban space. In this research, the main focus is the design of an art garden in Shahroud city, where promotes the individual and social growth of human beings, along with the growth and improvement of the urban environment. A place for artists and art lovers to come together, which lead to more connection between humans and art. In this garden, art education is considered important as if this garden is a bedrock for the growth of human artistic nature individually and socially. The garden of art gives people this chance to consider it as not only a place for their growth and development but also their living and community environment progress, followed by a larger environment called the urban environment. it is a place where nature and art are placed together. Humans come together and communicate with each other for the exaltation and refinement of their souls. The garden will be a bed for them, reminiscent of memories and good times. It will be a place that people remember as a memorable time with various events and phenomena, leading them to feel a sense of belonging to it and consider it as a place for themselves.
