Abstarct: The human has been inspiring the nature in his constructions and developments from the ancient ages. Practical analyses has always proved that the gap between the nature and human evolutional life has led to generation of special defficiencies and natural traumas. baxsed on following the nature rules in planning of engineering and architectural artifacts, the human have created unique and dramatic fine arts. Accordingly, the bionic architecture is an engineering concept to be inspired by the nature in structral plannings and design. Hence, the structure designers blame that patterns inpired by the nature can be fruitful to reduce bio-enviromental strains indeed. In order to develope the architectral forms found in nature, there exist fundamental rules which can be utilized in most contemporary and novel plannings. The proficiency to absorb and excert the nature specifications and then tranfer them into human taughts lead to emersion of architectral trends stem from historic ages which can be stated as bionic forms. In fact, contemporary architecture and urban design are vigorously depended on economy, technoogy and related regulations. Accordingly, the design of Mashhad metropolis is not apart from bio-enviromental complexities. Hence, the bionic architecture and design as a naturalist approach, provides a new model which is able to engage the human with nature. The plaza concept is totally altered for Mashhad metropolis, where, the urban squares are not proper spaces anymore for citizens and locals as assembly points.Meanwhile, due to daily mental tensions and obsessions, there is an absolute need to provide more spaces for human to communicate with open spaces and nature. More over, in recent decades, valuable urban squares have lost their prosperity and liveliness due to not giving enough serious engineering considerations. According to a survey on urban spaces, this research has pointed to stages and aspects of urban fabrics emanation in social interactions following the studies on urban plaza and squares. Hence, the author has presented some approaches to design these urban fabrics, in order to reinforce locals social interactions. Focusing on Mashhad's macroclimate and human demands for more thermal and environmental welfare, a unified four seasoned plaza is designed using the natural parameters. In this research, the author has designed an Iranian traaditional medical center using bionic properties of the environment to reunit the forgotten iranian traditional medical cares with the modern urban life. Utilizing the grasshopper and rhino plugins, the optimal form of the model is designed baxsed on the variables and predifined ruels and parameters. The amount of shades, the acuired superficial and internal heat during four seasons and the amount of materials used are the main parameters which result in an optimum form of the three dimentional design. The aim of this research is to introduce the bionic architecture as a mixture of the bionic science itself, technology in construction and design and significance of urban spaces and bio-enviromental factors.Thus, regarding the bionic science and utilizing the renewable energies in expertizing systems in facade dsign, it is attempted to produce energy for the designed plaza. Inspiring from several factors such as durable plant's forms, their mechanism to preserve moisture and heat, new and smart materials, the author has created a frxamework to design a model to optimize the efficiency of the structure.
