NA15 : New Methods and Materials for the design of residential complex(The influence of exterior walls on the energy saving-Shahmirzad)

Abstarct: Nowadays importance of domicile and its role in countries economy is not hidden from anyone. Housing as one of the family basic needs is not only as a shelter but also as an important property and investment. Nowadays because of urbanization development and the process of migration from countries, the measure of cities population has increased. The process that has caused of lack of desirable lands for Residence, decreasing the quality of houses and life. At the other hand, inappropriate and unsystematically builds in housing context, has led to wasting energy nonrenewable sources and non-optimal residential complex and buildings from economic point. Appearing such these shortcomings has caused that politicians and programmers of residential areas, thinking about basic solutions for solving these dilemmas. In this study has been tried to represent an appropriate reference to exploit in the future works with utilization of descxriptive analysis methods, information extraction from library, and also using real simulation in design builder software from a building in Shahmirzad. In this study has been done a complete evaluate on exterior walls structure and its effect on the rate of energy saving. Attributes like exterior facade type and its color, material of thermal impediment and its thickness that used on wall have investigated in the form of tables and graphs.
