Abstarct: The excessive increase in global energy consumption and the limited availability of fossil fuel resources have created serious challenges for the environment and the global economy. This issue not only leads to environmental degradation and climate change but also results in rising energy costs and increased dependency of countries on foreign resources. Therefore, improving energy efficiency in buildings has become a primary focus for designers. On the other hand, thermal comfort is one of the most influential factors affecting energy consumption in buildings. Thermal comfort refers to the condition in which a person feels comfortable and satisfied with their surrounding environment. Failure to achieve thermal comfort leads to increased energy consumption for heating or cooling the building. One effective strategy to reduce energy consumption and enhance efficiency is the use of industrialized wall systems instead of conventional wall systems in buildings and industries. Industrialized walls, by employing advanced insulation technologies, demonstrate a high capacity for reducing energy loss. These walls create a strong thermal barrier that prevents heat loss during the cold season and heat gain during the warm season. As a result, the indoor temperature is maintained within the human thermal comfort range, reducing the need for heating and cooling systems and consequently saving energy. The present study aims to compare energy consumption between industrialized walls and conventional walls. This process is conducted through field data collection and energy simulation. The results indicate that replacing conventional walls with industrialized walls can lead to a reduction of approximately 60% to 75% in the annual energy consumption of buildings.
