Results and findings: In order to identify the sustainability index criteria and the importance and weight of each criterion in each neighborhood, a questionnaire was designed and prepared separately. Through this questionnaire, the opinions of experts and residents were collected in the form of data and finally analyzed and examined using the fuzzy Delphi technique and SPSS software. As a result, according to the investigations carried out using two research methods and the collected documents, the final result of identifying the index criteria in the form of 3 main criteria with weights (0.76, 0.700, and 0.690) and 4 important criteria with weights (0.693, 4.00, 4.04, and 0.750) in the sustainability of the neighborhood is introduced and discussed through the role and position of the alley.
