Abstarct: Due to dynamic environment of the real manufacturing systems, some types of unexpected events may occur which affect scheduling plans as the result. This fact makes rescheduling necessary in order to respond to the probable disruptions to increase production rate we should update scheduling continuously. In the present study, we tried to use FBS method to reschedule a mixed-line model manufacturing system affected by Quality problems or rework to improve time efficiency.
