Abstarct: Performance assessment is one of the main functions of any organization and is one of the aspects of performance management, which used to be applied using financial indicators. Since in the knowledge baxsed economy era, value-creating activities are not limited to only tangible assets, paying attention merely to financial perspectives to assess the performance will bring some problems and inefficiencies. Therefore, using multidimensional performance assessment models such as balanced score card which tries to assess the performance from different aspects, has gained popularity. In this research, a performance assessment model baxsed on balanced score card which includes four aspects (financial, customer, internal processes, and growth learning) along with ANP and Fuzzy logic has been used to assess the performance of online shopping centers. To assess the performance, first the vision, strategies and the indicators relevant with each aspect of the balanced score card is determined. In the second stage, by using the experts’ views, weights of the indicators, aspects of the balanced score card and the strategies is determined baxsed on the network analysis and fuzzy logic. In the third stage, using the opinions of specialists, a score is allocated to each of the indicators and finally, according to the weights and scores and using the t-test, a sample of the performance of the online shopping centers is being calculated which the results showed that this performance is good.
