Abstarct: In today's business world, outsourcing is widely used, especially in large companies and this trend continues to grow. Therefore, knowledge of the presence or absence of outsourcing, how it is transferred and the nature of activities and the nature of the outsourcing of small and medium-sized businesses, is very important. Research is to approach the process of selecting suitable outsourcing and outsourcing deals. Select the appropriate process outsourcing (in home appliances manufacturing company of the East) is very important for various factors such as cost, technology, risk, quality, management and competitive advantage on the impact. the approach that is used in this paper is decision for select the best process to outsourcing with use group decision and outsourcing strategy matrix that optimized cost,risk and etc. The overall factor in the decision to outsource the "nature of the process" and "the ability to participate in the process" was identified as dependent on variables such as cost, technology, risk and etc. this paper with use delphi fuzzy method that baxsed on group decision to proceed to identifying the factors that impressiveness on outsourcing and identifying the candidate process for outsourcing and select the best process to outsourcing. consequences of this paper is determinig core process and non core process , priority processing to outsourcing that the company take a plan to outsourcing the process in short time, middle time and long time identic strategy's company. baxsed on the opinions of experts and the various factors influencing their view, the "State Payments" in the short term and up to one year in the future should be outsourced. the middle plan of company is outsorcing the "operation assessment" that the company should take a plan for this to next 3 years and outsorce the 'HR developing general planning' process in long time about next 5 years baxsed devoting of managers.
