Abstarct: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of staff perceptions of strategic corporate social responsibility management on their social beliefs and commitments, considering the mediating role of the perception of justice and comprehensiveness of the financial and non-financial compensation system. In today's competitive and dynamic environment of organizations, paying attention to corporate social responsibility and simultaneously designing effective compensation systems as one of the important tools of human resource management plays a significant role in shaping employees' attitudes and commitments. Therefore, the present study, focusing on companies active in the field of modern services, especially Snap and Tepsi, has examined the relationships between strategic management, corporate social responsibility, and the compensation system in shaping employees' social beliefs and commitments. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose and descxriptive-survey in terms of its implementation method.The statistical population of the study consisted of the staff of the companies under study. The required data were collected using a standard questionnaire. The research tool included items to measure the variables of strategic management, financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and corporate social responsibility, which were designed baxsed on reliable research sources. Appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that the perception of justice and comprehensiveness in the financial and non-financial compensation system can play an important role in strengthening this relationship as a mediating variable. This means that the more justice and comprehensive the compensation system is, the stronger the impact of social responsibility programs and strategies on employees' attitudes and social commitments will be.In summary, the results of this study emphasize the importance of simultaneously paying attention to corporate social responsibility strategies and designing fair and comprehensive compensation systems in organizations. Accordingly, organizational managers can provide the basis for promoting social obligations and strengthening the organization's human capital by integrating social responsibility approaches into the organization's macro strategies and improving the financial and non-financial compensation system.
