Abstarct: This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of business intelligence on organizational performance, considering the mediating role of organizational learning, network learning, customer value prediction, and innovation among employees of Pepsi and Coca-Cola companies in Iraq Province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 225 and 310 employees, totaling 535 employees from the Pepsi and Coca-Cola beverage companies, branches of Musel Province, Iraq. A sample size of 224 individuals was selected using cluster random sampling. Data were collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of the research indicate that business intelligence directly and indirectly affects organizational performance through mediating mechanisms. baxsed on the results, business intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning. Organizational learning and network learning play a mediating role in the relationship between business intelligence and innovation and organizational performance. Customer value prediction also acts as a mediating mechanism, facilitating the relationship between business intelligence and innovation and performance. Innovation, in turn, mediates the relationship between organizational learning and customer value prediction with organizational performance. These findings demonstrate that business intelligence not only directly but also by enhancing organizational learning, developing network learning, enabling customer value prediction, and promoting innovation, leads to improved organizational performance.
