Abstarct: This research aimed to investigate the impact of various dimensions of green practices on economic performance, considering the mediating role of green innovation, among a statistical population of managers (operational, middle, and senior) from Pegah Khorasan Company and Kalleh Amol Company in Tehran, with approximate populations of 120 and 150 individuals, respectively. The total research population was 2936 individuals, and the sample size, determined using Morgan’s table, was 92 and 108 individuals, selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings from hypothesis testing revealed that green production operations, green marketing orientation, green investment operations, and green human resource training and development each have a direct, positive, and significant impact on economic performance. Additionally, these four dimensions of green practices positively and significantly influenced green innovation. Furthermore, green innovation itself demonstrated a direct and positive impact on economic performance. Finally, the mediating role of green innovation in the relationships between each dimension of green practices (including green production operations, green marketing orientation, green investment operations, and green human resource training and development) and economic performance was fully confirmed. These results indicate that green innovation acts as a key mechanism, facilitating the impact of green practices on economic outcomes. Companies can achieve improved economic performance by making coordinated investments in these dimensions and strengthening environmental innovations.
