Abstarct: The present study aims to investigate the impact of various types of financial literacy (risk literacy, insurance literacy, debt literacy, inflation literacy) and behavioral biases on investors' decisions. The research method of the present study is descxriptive, correlational and applied. The statistical population of this study includes active investors in the Iraqi capital market, of which 382 people were selected as a statistical sample using the unlimited population sampling method. To analyze the collected data, Cronbach's alpha coefficient method was used for reliability, and the values of this statistic for all variables are greater than 0.7, and as a result, the questionnaire has the desired reliability. To analyze the hypotheses, the structural equation method was used using SPSS21, PLS software. The research findings at a 95% confidence level showed that inflation literacy has a positive effect on investors' decisions, and risk literacy also has a positive effect on investors' decisions, but insurance literacy and debt literacy do not have a significant effect on investors' decisions, and behavioral biases have a negative effect on investors' decisions.
