Abstarct: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of corporate social responsibility on the financial and non-financial performance of the company, considering the mediating role of innovation and company reputation and the moderating role of stakeholder pressure. The method of this study is descxriptive-correlation of applied type, the statistical population of this study was all managers in banks in three Iraqi cities (Najaf, Karbala and Baghdad) with a number of 230 people, of which 145 people were selected as a sample. The instrument used in this study was also a questionnaire; the validity of the questionnaire was also examined by experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha method. For statistical calculations, SPSS software was used for descxriptive statistics and SmartPLS for inferential statistics and hypothesis calculations. The research findings showed that corporate social responsibility has a direct impact on financial and non-financial performance, and corporate social responsibility, along with corporate innovation, has a direct impact on financial and non-financial performance, and corporate social responsibility, along with corporate reputation, has a direct impact on financial and non-financial performance, but stakeholder pressure does not have a moderating role in the impact of corporate social responsibility on financial and non-financial performance.
