Abstarct: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of environmental policy instruments, intellectual capital, and support for organizational learning on organizational performance with the mediating role of entrepreneurial innovation in companies active in the food industry of Tehran province. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descxriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study included senior and executive managers of companies active in the food industry of Tehran province, totaling 360 individuals. baxsed on Morgan's table, the sample size was determined to be 186 individuals, who were selected through cluster random sampling. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, whose validity was confirmed by professors and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (above 0.7). The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and PLS software. The findings of the research indicate the confirmation of all nine research hypotheses. The results showed that environmental policy instruments, intellectual capital, and support for organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial innovation. Also, support for organizational learning, intellectual capital, and entrepreneurial innovation showed a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. More importantly, the mediating role of entrepreneurial innovation in the relationships between the independent variables (environmental policy instruments, support for organizational learning, and intellectual capital) and organizational performance was also confirmed. These findings indicate that the mere existence of environmental requirements, intellectual capital, and support for learning is not sufficient for performance improvement; rather, what transforms these capacities into tangible performance is entrepreneurial innovation, which plays the role of a connecting bridge. The results of this study are consistent with the findings of other researchers regarding the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of food industry companies and the role of marketing capabilities on performance outcomes.
