Abstarct: This study aimed to investigate the impact of green knowledge management on sustainable performance and green technological innovation, considering the mediating role of green intellectual capital and the moderating effect of artificial intelligence among headquarters staff of Snapp and Tap30 companies. The statistical population consisted of approximately 500 and 800 headquarters staff from Snapp and Tap30, respectively. Using Morgan's table, sample sizes of 217 and 260 individuals were selected through cluster random sampling from the headquarters staff of both companies. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed through structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that green knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on all dimensions of green intellectual capital, including green human capital, green structural capital, and green relational capital. In other words, implementing green knowledge management systems in an organization enhances employees' capabilities, improves organizational structures, and strengthens relationships with stakeholders in the field of sustainability. The results also indicated that all three dimensions of green intellectual capital mediate the relationship between green knowledge management and green technological innovation, as well as sustainable performance. This means that green knowledge management directly and indirectly, through strengthening green intellectual capital, leads to the advancement of green technological innovations and improved sustainable organizational performance. Furthermore, the findings demonstrated that artificial intelligence moderates the relationship between green knowledge management and the three dimensions of green intellectual capital, such that at higher levels of artificial intelligence, the impact of green knowledge management on green intellectual capital becomes stronger. These results emphasize the importance of simultaneously focusing on green knowledge management, green intellectual capital, and artificial intelligence as a comprehensive strategy for achieving innovation and sustainable performance in technology-driven organizations
