Abstarct: Organizations invest a lot on their employees in terms of induction and training, developing, maintaining and retaining them in their organization. Therefore, managers at all costs must minimize employee’s turnover. Although, there is no standard frxamework for understanding the employees turnover process as a whole. So employee turnover problem has engaged companies.so we tried to find rules from historical data gathered form Pars oil and gas company using rough set theory to predict the employee turnover. Using these rules helps managers to select engaged employees efficiently.
