Abstarct: given the importance of employees of the organization that are the most important sources of any organ , this research focuses on the activities of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of employees . employees must be aware of their company 's social responsibility activities to achieve its full benefits so that they can best assist the organization in promoting the goals and improving the level . today , regardless of industry , corporate social responsibility for customers is more important than ever . as mentioned , employees are the most important resources because they improve the organization 's performance to the highest level of efficiency and efficiency and on the other hand are the most important stakeholders of the organization that will survive with loyalty to the organization and products . in this study , we intend to investigate how corporate social responsibility initiatives affect corporate reputation and also consider organizational trust as a mediator between corporate social responsibility and company reputation and examine whether the relationship between these two variables moderates or not . furthermore , we plan to examine the modified effects of organizational justice in the relationship between organizational trust and corporate reputation . finally , the results of the analysis are presented as follows : statistical data analysis at the descxriptive level with the software of s . ~~~ s software and in the inference level with smart smart pls software and structural equation modeling with partial least square approach.
