HA523 : Comparing Effective Cognitive Biases on Decision Making of Investors in Iran Financial Market and other Countries, A-mexta-Analyses

Abstarct: Since its emergence, behavioral finance has been able to respond to many contradictions of classical economics in examining economic realities in society. The most important results obtained from behavioral finance showed the existence of behavioral biases of people and society in dealing with various economic events. In this research, which is baxsed on the mexta-analysis and analysis of other researches in the field of behavioral finance, the important and influential biases identified on investors' decisions in the researches of others, according to the abundance of existing articles, in order to examine and compare the biases and Their influence in different domestic and foreign financial markets were selected to perform a mexta-analysis. The data extracted from the articles were submitted separately for each bias to the CMA-v2 software, which finally showed heterogeneity in all works according to the output of the software, and for this reason, the random variable method was used to analyze the mexta-analysis results. Finally, the effect of these biases on decision-making was confirmed baxsed on the Z-value numbers obtained and the significance level calculated by the software, and the largest effect size was obtained for mental accounting bias.
