Abstarct: Sustainable leadership has garnered significant attention as a vital model prioritizing social responsibility, environmental, and economic issues. This approach focuses on delivering sustainable value to stakeholders, future generations, and the environment while enhancing organizational performance and reducing costs. This research highlights the crucial role of organizational leadership in advancing green economic growth in the face of global environmental changes and emphasizes the need for committed leaders who can develop policies, strategies, and programs to promote green environmental practices. This study evaluates the performance of managers in the food industry of Alborz Province using an intuitive fuzzy hierarchical approach baxsed on sustainable leadership indicators. This study aims to address the uncertainty and complexity surrounding sustainable leadership in organizations, ultimately contributing to the advancement of sustainable practices and the green economy. Therefore, it prioritizes sub-criteria and ranks managers of 15 companies in the food industry by combining multi-criteria decision-making and fuzzy theory. The data collected from the designed questionnaire to determine the level of sustainable leadership of each manager and their contribution to the green economy is analyzed. The results show that the managers of Zar Macaron, Delpazir, and Rezvan Chocolate companies have the highest ranks in sustainable leadership, indicating their success in addressing critical sustainability issues for today's society.
