Abstarct: The aim of this research is to identify the factors affecting customer loyalty at Saba Tamin brokerage. The present research is an applied research in terms of type and purpose, considering that it seeks tangible and practical results, and it is descxriptive-analytical in terms of method. The statistical sample of this study includes 56 Sabatamin brokerage customers in 1401-1402. In this study, the structural equation method was used in SPSS version 26 and PLS version 4.1 software to examine the hypotheses. baxsed on the results and findings of the present study tixtled Identifying Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty of Saba Tamin Brokerage, regarding achieving the main goal of identifying factors affecting customer loyalty of Saba Tamin Brokerage, the variables of customer relationship management, transactional credit, and customer education are respectively the most effective factors among the factors studied.
