Abstarct: Nowadays privatization has become one the grand strategies in developing countries. Doing so, optimized selection of transferable companies has become the main issue investors suffered. Reviewing the litreture shows researchers solved these problems using quantitative models. In these work we categorized criteria by scientific approach, then on the basis of combined Bat Intelligent Hunting Optimizing Method and MOORA solved the problem. In this research optimized selection and stable matching have applied on 20 companies in pharmacy industry.
