Abstarct: This study aims to investigate and develop a crowdfunding model tailored for supportive organizations, with particular emphasis on the Valayat Relief Fund. The quest for sustainable financial resources represents a critical challenge for supportive organizations, such as the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, which grapples with various constraints stemming from economic adversity, diminishing public trust, and competition from other philanthropic entities. Crowdfunding, as a contemporary financing mechanism, enables capital accumulation through public engagement and can significantly mitigate financial deficiencies faced by these organizations. A qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing thematic analysis to explore and formulate the crowdfunding model. Qualitative data were gathered via semi-structured interviews with 11 executives and specialists from the Valayat Relief Fund and the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. The data analysis process yielded 180 codes, following Braun and Clarke's six-phase frxamework. The findings reveal several challenges, including technological obstacles, human resource limitations, economic conditions, competition with rival institutions, advertising efficacy, and public trust, which are identified as primary impediments to effective crowdfunding within the Valayat Relief Fund. Moreover, elements such as establishing communication channels with parent organizations, leveraging competitive advantages, enhancing collaborative initiatives, and ensuring transparency and regular reporting emerged as pivotal strategies for securing financial support. Furthermore, the formulation of a comprehensive national strategy for the Valayat Relief Fund, the enhancement of human resources, and the structural and strategic development of the fund are recommended as crucial factors for operational agility. Ultimately, the proposed model serves as a strategic instrument for facilitating financial resource acquisition and fostering public participation in supportive organizations, especially the Valayat Relief Fund. This model is capable of delivering actionable solutions for capital attraction and enhancing organizational performance.
