Abstarct: This research aims to evaluate the commercial performance of small and medium-sized enterprises with a multi-criteria decision-making approach, a case study of Toos Industrial Town. In terms of classification of research according to the purpose, it is an applied research, in terms of the method of data collection, it is descxriptive-survey, and among the types of descxriptive research methods, it is included in the category of case study. The statistical population of the research for the questionnaire included 10 experts from Toos Industrial Town. Data analysis has been done with using a multi-criteria decision-making approach. The results of the fuzzy hierarchical process demonstrated that the trade balance index with a normal weight of 0.095 is the first priority among the indices. Ranking of small and medium-sized companies of Toos industrial town has been accepted by the factors such as innovation and development indicators, diversity of export products, number and type of business partners in the country, promotion of import of final consumer goods through/semi-finished or technological means, inter-sectoral coordination.
