Abstarct: Resilience as a large and important characteristic, in Dealing with various challenges and incidents, including natural or man-made damages, is of particular importance in organizations and medical centers. The aim of the current research is to design a comprehensive resilience model for medical centers. The research method of the research is mixed exploratory and of the type of mixed studies (qualitative-quantitative). The qualitative method introduced in this research is a two-stage Delphi method, and in order to answer the second question, the quantitative method of network analysis was used.In this research, library method and documentary studies were used to collect the required data and information. In this research, the statistical population is defined in two parts: the statistical population of the first group of experts in the field of health and treatment were selected as a statistical sample and the sampling method is purposeful. About 21 questionnaires were collected in this section. The statistical population of the second group includes the experts of the University of Medical Sciences and the hospitals covered by it. In this research, SPSS software (version 27) was used, and research questions were investigated baxsed on two-step Delphi methods and ANP network analysis. The results showed that the comprehensive assessment of the resilience of medical centers, various factors such as supply sources, crisis management headquarters, and the capacity and capabilities of resources play an important role in improving the readiness of medical centers in facing emergency situations. Factors such as the range of standard performance, education and research, human capital, and management systems are also of great importance. Also, baxsed on the results of the ranking of the effective factors in the resilience of the medical center, human capital as the first priority has the greatest impact, indicating the importance of medical personnel's preparation in the face of accidents and crises. Responding and analyzing incidents is also one of the effective priorities. These results can help managers and decision makers in health centers to adopt appropriate strategies to improve resilience and deal with critical challenges.
