Abstarct: Developing strategies for an organisation is the result of a comprehensive understanding of the internal and external environment, analysing its opportunities, weaknesses, strengths, and threats, and identifying the organisation's position using the SWOT matrix, internal and external factors matrix (IE), and the SPACE matrix. The prioritisation of the resulting criteria and strategies is performed using the SWARA and fuzzy WASPAS techniques. The present research is an effort to formulate and evaluate organisational strategies under conditions of uncertainty for Papyrus Sharq Cellulose Industries. The results show that the company's position is in the conservative zone, meaning that the industry's strengths outweigh its weaknesses.
