HA466 : The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employee Creativity by Inly Incentive (Study of Asia Insurance Employees of Isfahan Province)

Considering the importance of the insurance industry, in this research, the impact of transformational leadership on employees' creativity through intrinsic motivation (case study of Asia Insurance employees in Isfahan province) was discussed. For this purpose, the standard questionnaires of Bass and Alio transformational leadership, the creativity of Lee et al.'s employees, the organizational innovation questionnaire (combination of Jimenez-Jimens, Peniades, Prajgo and Sohl questionnaires) and the internal motivation questionnaire for innovation - Tierney were used. There are 5 main branches in Isfahan province. which is a total of 118 people. According to Morgan's table, 92 people were considered as a statistical sample baxsed on Morgan's table. In this research, model analysis was done using structural equation method in smart pls software. In this research, Sobel's test was used to measure the significance of the mediating variable, and its value was 7.8, which indicates that employee creativity plays a mediating role between transformational leadership and organizational innovation. Fisher's z test was also used to measure moderation. After calculating the value of Fisher's test, 2.7 was obtained, which is higher than 1.96. Therefore, the intrinsic motivation between employees' creativity and transformational leadership has a moderating role. In this research, the value of the goodness of fit criterion was 0.587, which shows the strong fit of the model. Also, according to the obtained results, because the coefficients of the path are more than 1.96, therefore, all the assumptions of the research are confirmed.
