Abstarct: This research has investigated the effect of motivational leadership on the resilience of employees with the mediating role of social acceptance and the moderating role of supportive human resource management (case study: Bahar and Imam Hossein Hospital, Shahrood). This research was done in terms of applied purpose and descxriptive-correlation method. The population studied in this research is all the employees working in Bahar and Imam Hossein Shahroud hospitals, whose number is 1700, and using Cochran's formula, 314 of them are clustered. were selected as samples. Data were collected through standard questionnaires with confirmed validity and reliability. Data analysis was done with the help of structural equation modeling approach and partial least square minimization method and using SPSS and PLS software. According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that motivational leadership is effective on employees' resilience by considering the mediating variable of social acceptance. Also, baxsed on the results, motivational leadership has a significant effect on the resilience of employees by considering the moderator variable of supportive human resource management, and other variables were also significant.
