HA457 : The effect of spiritual leadership and transparent communication on the acceptance of change by explaining the mediating role of organizational trust

Abstarct: The purpose of this research is the effect of spiritual leadership and transparent information on the acceptance of change by explaining the mediating role of organizational trust. The statistical population of this research is all the employees of the Organization of Petroleum Pipelines and Telecommunications Company in the north-eastern region of Shahrood and a random sampling method was used. The number of employees is 236 and Cochran's formula was used to determine the statistical sample size and the sample size was 146. The reliability of the research variables is more than 0.7 baxsed on Cronbach's alpha, which shows the reliability of the questionnaire. Calculations were done through structural equations in SPSS and smart PLS software.
